We add some mesquite into this blend for its delicious flavor and sweetness without needing a “sweetener” like sugar. Mesquite has been known to support weight management and can curb appetite. We love to add 1-2 teaspoons to a cup of steamed milk, add a fat like ghee or coconut butter, a dash of honey, and blend with a hand immersion blender. Hits the spot every time!
