The spices in chai also help to soothe occasional bloating and excess gas and can support healthy bowel movements. We add some mesquite into this blend for its delicious flavor and sweetness without needing a “sweetener” like sugar. Mesquite has been known to support weight management and can curb appetite. We love to add 1-2 teaspoons to a cup of steamed milk, add a fat like ghee or coconut butter, a dash of honey, and blend with a hand immersion blender. Hits the spot every time!
