It has Iron, Calcium, Magnesium, Maganese, Copper, Potassium and Zinc, Vitamins A, B, C, as well as being one of the best sources of Vitamin K. Nettles alone alone is a powerhouse but added with the other mineral rich herbs in this blend it really gives us a great foundation and supports us feeling our best.
