Now onto the herbs in this blend that we rely on to make sure that we get our daily vitamins and mineral boost! Nettle is one of the most packed herbs when it comes to vitamins and nutrients. It has Iron, Calcium, Magnesium, Maganese, Copper, Potassium and Zinc, Vitamins A, B, C, as well as being one of the best sources of Vitamin K. Nettles alone alone is a powerhouse but added with the other mineral rich herbs in this blend it really gives us a great foundation and supports us feeling our best. Some symptoms of mineral deficiency can include constipation, hair loss, fatigue, brain fog, irregular heart beat, muscle cramping, nausea, numbness or tingling in the extremities….the list goes on.
