Marshmallow Leaf is a gentle demulcent, cooling and soothing herb to the digestive tract. This is supportive if there is any inflammation to the lining of the gut causing discomfort and not allowing the digestive process to fully take place. Ginger brings warmth, blood flow and increases circulation to the gut, helping if there is any stagnation or lack of digestive fire that is leading to poor breakdown or absorption.
