Join us for this lovely class at the Apothecary!

Hormones affect everything: energy, mood, digestion, sleep, metabolism, weight, inflammation, and how we move through life’s transitions.

In this workshop, Ayurvedic practitioner Kimberly Kubicke will share a grounded, holistic approach to women’s health and hormone balance using Ayurveda, the traditional medicine of India.

Rather than chasing symptoms or relying on one-size-fits-all solutions, Ayurveda teaches us to work with the body’s unique constitution, rhythms, digestion, stress load, and stage of life to support lasting balance.

In this talk, you’ll learn:

  • Common root causes of hormone imbalance from an Ayurvedic perspective

  • Why women often need a different approach to healing and health support

  • The role digestion, nervous system health, and daily rhythm play in hormones

  • Practical food + lifestyle foundations for hormone balance

  • Traditional Ayurvedic herbs used to support women’s health

  • Simple daily practices to support steadiness through change

  • A short breathing practice to support nervous system and hormone balance

This workshop is supportive for women in all stages of life, including those navigating:
PMS, irregular cycles, perimenopause, menopause, thyroid imbalance, blood sugar swings, poor sleep, anxiety, and chronic stress.

Followed by discussion and Q&A.

Wednesday, February 18
